We specialize in small projects such as faucet and toilet repair or replacement, under sink leak repairs, water filter installation, hot water dispenser installation, plumbing for remodeling projects, water heater replacement, etc.
We are also a dealer for high efficiency SanCO2 heat pump water heaters. These water heaters provide up to $3.50 of hot water for every $1.00 of electricity! This amounts to roughly an 80% savings over traditional electric resistance water heaters yet maintains the full use capability of a tank type water heater. In addition to monthly electric savings, there is a federal tax credit of 30% of the project cost up to $2,000 through December 2032.
